Anyone who has worked with us knows that, as passionate as we are about our work, we also feel it’s tremendously important to maintain “a life” outside of work. Maintaining this balance keeps us energetic and enthusiastic about what we do during business hours…
My latest project is to try my hand at making a batch of wine with a couple of friends — one of whom is keeping up a blog to document the process. His posts also contain a very nice explanation of the winemaking process, which is one of those things that’s pretty simple to do, but very difficult to do well.
