Call us sentimental fools, but we can’t help being all excited about Valentine’s Day! It’s a day to reflect on how much our loved one(s) mean to us, and to express these feelings in the form of…well, three-dollar greeting cards and last minute candy from Duane Reade. It’s also a great time to check in on the online dating scene and see if technology has finally solved that annoying chemistry / compatibility issue. Not so much, as it turns out.

In our latest FREE Usability Study, we asked current members of eHarmony.com and Match.com to come in and share their experiences and perceptions of the two sites with us. We thought the results were pretty interesting and they say a lot about how far technology has NOT come in terms of its ability to facilitate deep human communication.

You can view the report below, or download it here. Enjoy!
