    Intellitoys' SmarteBear is a cute, cuddly, friend that can sing your favorite songs and play interactive games. But he is powered by a robust music and media manager (think: iTunes) that allows Mom and Dad to set the bear up for maximum enjoyment. This is where Catalyst came in.

    The Challenge

    Design an application that is fairly complex in its capabilities, but still usable. The media manager allowed users maximum flexibility to create and synch activity "playlists" and easily browse and edit media libraries.

    An important requirement of the smart-e-bear interface was that it allowed for parents to easily setup playdates with other kids. We created a Playdate Wizard which made setting up playdates a breeze.
